This policy explains what the ASI Tobago Marketplace (marketplace.asitobago.com) collects, why, and what you can ask us to do with it. The Marketplace is run by the ASI Tobago Chapter, Bad Hill, Plymouth Road, Tobago, Trinidad and Tobago. You can contact us at info@asitobago.com.

If you are browsing

You can search and view listings without an account. We do not use analytics or advertising cookies. Like most websites, our hosting provider keeps short-term server logs (including IP addresses) to keep the site secure.

If you apply to list your business

The application form collects your business details, your name, email address, WhatsApp and phone numbers, your address if you give one, and any logo or photos you upload. This is saved on the website as an unpublished listing and emailed to the Marketplace team. We use it to confirm your membership of the ASI Tobago Chapter, to contact you about your application, and to publish your listing.

Your published listing

Once approved, the details on your listing are public so customers can find and contact you. Your email address appears on your listing only if you include it in your listing details.

Your Marketplace account

When your listing is approved we create an account linked to your email address so you can update your listing. We use cookies only to keep you signed in. Changes you make are checked by the Marketplace team before they appear.

Who we share it with

We do not sell or rent your information. It is handled only by the services that run the site: Hostinger (website hosting) and Google (sending the Marketplace emails).

How long we keep it

We keep your listing while it is active. If you ask us to remove it, or your membership lapses and you do not renew, we unpublish it, and we delete it when you ask. Records of emails the site sends are kept for 30 days.

Your choices

You can update your listing at any time from My listing. To see, correct or remove the information we hold about you, email info@asitobago.com.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we use your information, we will update this page and the date at the top.
